Dr Xiao Fei Wang will be teaching this course on Sinus elevation.

In this course he will introduce the EL implant and how its design is ideal for use in the the maxilla and in conjunction with sinus elevation cases, due to its aggressively threaded body it provides solid primary stability. Initially Dr Wang will present the theoretical aspects of the sinus lift. As well as a presentation of cases and trouble shooting and finally conclude with a practical hands on session.
