Case description: 5 implants in the maxilla and post-extraction element 26 with root ossification. Patient with serious aversion for traditional implant surgery. The first success was to persuade her towards guided surgery, with documentation of previous cases.

Solution is All-on-4 procedure with following preparation of the removable prothesis on a titanium bar. The bone reduction of irregular lower jaw edges is made. 2 pcs 4,3×9 mm EL C-Tech implants are placed in 31 and 43 positions. 2 pcs 4,3×11 mm EL C-Tech Morse locking implants are placed in 35 and 45 positions under 30° angle.
Conventional mini implant surgery in the edentulous mandible is in most cases, a very quick and minimal invasive procedure. The implants are usually placed trans gingivally and if initial primary stability is achieved then they can be loaded immediately following the surgery.
