As C-Tech’s Order and Customer Care Manager, my team and I interact daily with our customers all over the world and try to provide quick and personalized assistance to each request, managing it within the first 24 hours from receipt.

I also have over 10 years of previous experience in organizing and participating in international trade fairs, thanks to which I was able to learn in the field how to develop relationships with customers and leads.

Currently I deal with back-office activities, aiming to improve the company’s customer care every day in order to meet customer needs, guaranteeing their overall satisfaction.
