The bone reduction of irregular lower jaw edges is made. 2 pcs 4,3×9 mm EL C-Tech implants are placed in 31 and 43 positions. 2 pcs 4,3×11 mm EL C-Tech Morse locking implants are placed in 35 and 45 positions under 30° angle.
